Leon Panetta is asking Congress to conside rthe Ben Lomond Love Creek families to be in the same situation as the Love Creek families in New York who were told they had to leave their homes because of toxic waste. The government bought each home owner out at 75% of the value of their home in a combination of loans and federal assistance.
