County has told the owners of the homes that were evacuated in Love Creek that they have another year before the ruling is given about their appeals. Of the 28 home owners who lived in the area, 20 appealed the ruling. They cannot move back in but the ruling is put off a year to allow them time to figure out what they want to do.
