Carl Flach is a familiar figure walking along the roads of Scotts Valley. Recently he has been recovering from an auto vs pedestrian accident while out for his daily walk. He has been in Hillhaven extended care while he recovers from his injuries. Carl was raised on an Apple Ranch on Glenwood Drive but then moved to town as he got older. He says he will be back walking before you know it.
