Bishop William Swing to visit St. Andrew's

Bishop Swing will visit St. Andrew's to formally install Fr. Joe Kennedy as the new rector. The church was recently designated as an official parish after being a church mission for 79 years. The service in San Francisco was attended by many representatives dress in tartans and plaids with bagpipes in the procession.
