Dedication of the Valley Resource Center with reflections back to why it was needed and the floods of 1982 that were such a disaster without a center like this in place. it has been two years in the making and is open with a lot of help from others. The building is owned by Ron Clements who owns the Ben Lomond super and he is allowing them to skip two months of rent to hep get started. A grant from Hands Across America was also timely as well as donations from the community.
