Resource Center's day in the sun

Opening day ceremonies for the Valley Churches United Resource Center. The Center will share the buildings with Valley Emergency Preparedness and Human REsources. The center provides shelter, food and necessities, and cash for utilities and other requirements. There were refreshments and speeches by county leaders to celebrate the day.
