Joe Benedict, principle of Quail Hollow elementary for 16 years, was honored with a surprise dinner attended by 150 people at the Holiday in. He has seen the school grow from nine teachers to 22 teachers and over 50 students. The school is four separate buildings now instead of one. Mr. Benedict is widely respected and is happy that he was able to contribute to something important in the community
