Joe Benedict is choosing to retire early as the principle of Quail Hollow elementary. He has been there for 16 years from the time it was a kindergarten at the Wee Kirk church to growing to first through fourth grade and then finally adding on the 5th and 6th grade in its current location in Sandy Hills. He says he is proud of what he accomplished but really is looking for time to try other things including some local consulting work.
