The county is considering proposing a 5 year lease of Quail Hollow to use for educational purposes as well as recreation. Santa Clara Board of Education, the current owners, were also working on a proposal for a 25 year lease of the property. The Santa Cruz Water District is also looking at a lease on the property to set up a recharging facility to replenish the ground water.
