Meeting of the Directors of the Bank of Santa Clara

James Pierce resigns as President of the Bank of Santa Clara as he is now a resident of Alameda and has urgent business to attend to in San Francisco. he is confident that the bank is now on the right track and that other’s are capable of the job. His resignation was accepted and a new Presdient elected. The Directors also agreed that the bank was ready to reopen to business and that small deposits would be accepted on reopening.
