Frank Winkler of Ben Lomond has won the San Lorenzo Valley coaster Championship for a third time. The race was held on the Mt Hermon course and the car was sponsored by Ryan’s Grocery Store and the race was organized by the Kiwanis club. Frank won a trophy and $10 prize. Seven boys competed in 17 heats to get to the final race. Second place wen to Topper Anderson of Ben Lomond and third to Norman Huntington of Boulder Creek.
