A petition has been filed to dissolve the Parks and REc agency that currently governs several properties donated by pioneer families from the past. The agency has been in charge of the property since World War II. If Ben Lomond Recreation District is dissolved, valuable property may be sold and converted to other uses. The property is valued at a quarter of a million dollars
