Obituary Arlene Harris who was a lifetime member of the Soroptimist clubs and was a member of the Native Daughters of the Golden West for more than 50 years. Went to Santa Cruz High and Heald college and worked as a secretary for Allen rispin in CApitola. she and her husband were very active in civic affairs.
