Census and School Property
Early California schools were paid for by a tax on each child often adjusted for number of days they attended. Now County and City school taxes are calculated with a different formula but are prorated by attendance as well. Data is included on Newell Creek Elementary as far as number of school and attendance as well as the value of the school in terms of property.
