Spring break

The article describes how the combination of hot weather and spring break drew crowds of people to the Santa Cruz County area beaches. In Rio del Mar, around 200 to 300 high school and college students, many claiming to be from San Joaquin Valley, gathered and deputies were called when a 22 yr old man from Aptos was punched.
