Tom McHugh stated he did not think Harry Love got Joaquin Murrietta as that he visited his family in the area. Also 3 finger Jack was from Santa Cruz and he vowed revenge on the Whites for killing Spaniards when Fremont took over. he believe Marianne Rossi knew Joachim Murrietta.
