Thomas L. McHugh- Adjectives were made for him
A reporter writes about Tom McHugh after his death. Tom McHugh’s life is reviewed as well as his character, demeanor, and many adjustives used to describe his behavior over the years. She notes that he was the publisher of Penny Press and Riptide where he freely expressed his views on government and politics. She describes some of the ways that Tom McHugh got in trouble for expressing his views and his various court cases. She notes that he was very kind in person and was respectful with women and loving with babies. He dedicated many volunteer hours to the Holy Orthodox Church and the article ends with a comment that despite his out-spoke ness over the years he would be missed in the Valley.
