Ben Lomond library gets breathing space

The Ben Lomond Library was given an additional month to make plans for the possible transfer of authority and ownership of the library from the City-County Library system to Ben Lomond. The County has agreed to a small delay to give Ben Lomond and other communities in a similar state more time to prepare.
