Outstanding local craftsman architecture wins praise
Six homes were awarded by the Santa Cruz Historical Society for outstnad examples of the Craftsman style popular in the early 1900s. The group includes private homes as well as the Pogonip clubhouse and cover a range of styles from bungalows to Japanese influenced to shingle style. Other certificates were award to individuals who have contributed to the work of preservation in Santa Cruz.
