Sale of Hotel Ben Lomond by D.W. Johnson to F.A. Cody. D.W. Johnson is credited with the development of Ben Lomond as a resort destination in the late 1800s. The Lodge and cottages will remain and more cottages will be added as well as improvements to the water system. The cost of the sale was $20,000.
