Curran, Beeson, and Cooper had bail assigned with the information sent to Fresno where they were under arrest. Beeson is a realtor in Fresno County and Cooper was a banker with the Sanger Bank. Because of their standing in Fresno County bail was set and they were free on bail until needed for trial in Santa Cruz. Walter Everton was held under arrest and transferred to Santa Cruz.
