Highlands Park community garden may blossom with county nurturing
Formerly managed by Community Garden Project which abandoned the gardens after several hardships including bad weather, lack of interest in the community, fear of contaminated soil. It is now managed by Parks and Recreation who is hopeful that ploys can be sold for $18.00 a piece and the gardens maintained.
