State Officials Examing Potential of Gold and Silver Mine
The team surveyed the work underway for oil extraction and deemed that the quality of the oil was good. They ended the day viewing the operation at the San Lorenzo Gold and silver Mining company including the tunnel that is being dug to strike the lode vein in the mountain. Rocks removed from the tunnel so far have been valued at $15 to $300 per ton.
