Dak was Fire Chief of the Ben Lomond fire Department for 21 years. He was 66 years old. He also worked as propane delivery truck driver and as a bar tenders at the Wagon Wheel and Lou’s Rendevous. He and his wife moved to the Ben Lomond area during World War II. he fought in the war and received a Purple Heart. He is survived by many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
