The current owner of the Brookdale Lodge Alan Hoskins is being sued by the operators the Gus Brothers over breach of an oral agreement that Hoskins was to purchase the property and make improvements and eventually put the property up for sale. The receipt of the sales would be divided between the three. The Gus brothers contend that Alan Hoskins never allowed them to put the Lodge up for sale as originally agreed to. Mr. Hoskins denies that there ever was an agreement.
