The new owner is old owner

Ownership resumed of the Brookdale Lodge by Richard Berger after the former owners for seven years were unable to get the hotel opened again. There were several calamities including a fire, a flood that ruined the dining room and a bomb planted behind the hotel. Berger has hired a new operating manager to see if they can get the motel side going again.
