Cookbook contains some of the more well-known of Lund’s catering items prepared over the year for the Brookdale Club. The club is a social and bridge club and has been having their lunches catered for over 20 years by Lucille Lund. The club produced 300 copies of the receipt book and they are on sale for 3 dollars each.
