First John Logan created the town of Brookdale from a lumber site and then Dr. Camp and his wife saw the possibility of building an amazing lodge that became famous. It ends with a story of a wedding that took place on the bridge over the creek with the third generation bride getting married, the second generation couple celebrating their silver anniversary and the grandparents of the bridge celebrating their golden anniversary.
