Handwritten notes about Ben Lomond

Early days as a lumbering site owned by James pierce. Later James Pierce and Thomas Bell laid out the town for growth and potential resort facilities. First hotel was the Ben Lomond Hotel then the Rowardennen on the old mill site. A lot of development money came from Santa Clara to develop both business and town facilities.
