Local resident Martha Frederick decided to fix a long standing problem of confusing street names in her neighborhood. A three block part of Scenic Drive was called Park Street before returning to being called Scenic Drive. They were afraid important deliverires or emergency vehicles might not be able to find them so she followed the process for a name change to improve the situation.
