Ben Chin is new owner of long-estabilshed business in Felton which has served the Valley since 1946. Chin is a native of Korea and held a variety of administrative posts after obtaining a degree in political science. He tired of administration roles and came to this country a decade ago. AFter several business ventures he is opening the laundry with his wife and plans improvements such as one hour service.
