Over six years J. Hart Clinton has fought to rezone his land and remove timber. He took the case to the California Supreme Court and lost and is now turning to state legislators for help. Assemblyman Lou Papan is sponsoring a bill designed solely to help Clinton pull his week-end home our of a restrictive timberland production zone that precludes further development of the property. The bill would force the County to rezone the property against current. The property owner believes that failure to rezone ll decrease the value of his property now and for his heirs.
