Undesirable label fuels ire

A recent Grand Jury recommendation to close Ben Lomond Library has generated concerns from citizens who say that the report is wrong and does not represent improvements seen in the area around the library recently.Grand Jury response notes that surrounding area is still filled with trash, has a big motorcycle presence and decreasing volume.
