House shed evidence of violent past

Historically the house was split into cubicles and used to house transient population and was also known as a center for crime including a murder in the 1970’s. Police thought of the house as a hang-out for people looking for trouble. As one officer noted the house “was from a bygone era of hippies and street violence in Ben Lomond”.
