Discussion of the history of analysis related to fixing the sewage problems in the San Lorenzo Valley. Solutions such as ocean outfall, direct stream discharge and sewage treatment plants are reviewed by local government with the idea of using available grant funding but they failed to meet the deadline. The current plan now is to go parcel by parcel and determine best approach for individual homes.
