Thomas Brezsny worked in the County Bank building at the time of the quake. His account includes descriptions of the particularly damaging effects on Myrtle Street, and insights into the processes of Vision Santa Cruz, a group which was brought together to envision the rebuilding of Santa Cruz’s downtown.
