Fox Film Actors Send Pigeongrams

The members of the Wm. Fox Company who are located in Santa Cruz, were hosts to the feathered air messengers of the Sperry Flour Company Saturday.

The members of the company sent messages via the pigeons to friends throughout the United States, telling them of the wonderful climate in Santa Cruz.

The flight was in the form of an air race and "Princess Drifted Snow," flying under the colors of Miss Lois Moran, came under the wire in three minutes and eleven seconds, closely followed by "Lady Sperry," who carried the colors of Neil Hamilton, and "Prine Wheat Hearts," the air speedster of Director J. Tinling. One of the birds carried a message from Mrs. Gladys Moran, mother of the leading lady, to a friend in Paris, France."
