Dorothy Dalton, "the flame" of "The Flame Of The Yukon," heading a company of eleven film players, arrived at the Casa del Rey early this morning, and within an hour the whole party under the direction of Roy Neal, were at work near Ben Lomond on the first scenes of the latest big western picture soon for the screen, "Flare Up Sal Of Jimtown." The weather and all other necessary factors for fine filming are ideal for the work.

In Miss Dalton's company are Thurston Hall, a capable actor of the legitimate for many years; Mr. Cartwright, an old time minstrel star, and the following players: Catherine Prandfit, John Stuart Stumor, R. William Neill, Kelson Falkenberg, Frank Daniels, H. Milton Ross, E. Haller, Burton Halbert Veinn and Geo. S. Barnes.

The story of the new film deals with the wild life of the west in the days of prairie schooners, sure shot gamblers and mining camp life. Dorothy Dalton plays the part of a girl who rights a great wrong done her father and advances herself from the lowest levels to a high plane in the little town in which she lives."
