Reid-Robards Plans For Releasing Pictures

It is understood that the releases of the Reid-Robards Film Mfg. Co. will be what is known as "free lance;" in other words, all the local company's productions will be offered to the highest bidders and will appear on no distinct program. This, it has been found by those who watch the financial end of the photoplay business, is much more remunerative and does away with dictation from those interested who think they know, but do not know.

The present, and incidentally the first photoplay of the local aggregation since its permanent advent into Santa Cruz, will be, as is already universally known, a story pleading for women suffrage in every state in the Union and will be seen first at the Columbia theater in San Francisco. Announcement of its release will be made later."
