DIED:-MILLS, In Santa Cruz September 4, Frederick Mills, native of Maine, age 78 years, 3 months and 11 days.

Funeral from Chase's undertaking parlors today at 2 PM. friends and acquaintances invited to attend. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

Passing of Frederick Mills

Frederick Mills died on Monday at his home after an illness.

Mr. Mills was 78 years old and a native of Maine. The body is at Chase's undertaking parlors. He was an old soldier and a member of the G.A.R.

Funeral of Frederick Mills

The funeral service s over Frederick Mills was held yesterday afternoon from Chase's undertaking parlors and were under the auspices of Wallace Reynolds post, G.A.R. of which he was a member.

The service of the G.A.R. was conducted and the Woman's Relief Corps sang Nearer My God to Thee and Jesus Lover of My Soul, with Miss Luella Blanchard at the piano.
