Two Aged People Died on Monday
Morrissey of East Santa Cruz and George Crowson of Water St. Pass Away
Two deaths occurred in this city on Monday both of persons past middle (age?) and weakened by illness, more or less severe.
One was George Crowson of 148 Water St. who has been an invalid for over a year or two with Bright's disease. He leaves a wife and family and has lived in Santa Cruz for several years. Mr. Crowson's age was 69 years. His death was caused by a spell of heart failure.
G.A.R. Funeral Notice
Members of Wallace-Reynolds Post #32 G.A.R. are requested to meet at the hall today, February 14th at two o'clock PM to attend the funeral of comrade Crowson. By Order of PC...W.V. Lucas, Adjutant.
