Library seeks musicians for licensing deals
Soundswell, local database project that pays local musicians for two-year licensing rights to their music
- Goal is to make the songs available for free download to patrons with a SC Library card
- Library will pay between $25-$100 per LP
- Project funded by the Eureka! grant, covering the cost of licensing agreements through 2013
