Three of four Watsonville shelters to close

The article focuses on the Salvation Army's closure of three of its four homeless shelters in Watsonville due to financial constraints stemming from reduced funding and rising operating costs, as well as overcapacity following the Stag Hotel fire. The fourth shelter remaining in operation is a shelter, known as The Corner House, for single mothers suffering from alcohol and drug abuse.
