2) Closing the Felton branch indefinitely and moving their staff to the Live Oak branch
3) Hiring a professional librarian for the Youth Services desk in Scotts Valley
4) Cutting down on staff at Branciforte library
5) Moving a senior staffer from the downtown branch to Live Oak

- Rally Salinas campaign raised enough funds to keep them open for limited hours
