Hopes for new Catholic school
The article discusses the results of a feasibility study for a new Catholic high school in Watsonville [later known as St.Francis High School]. The study found that while there was a need for a parochial high school and community support for its construction, financial support would fall short of the proposed $10.8 million cost.
