Narrow margin rejects uniforms at SC school

This article describes a vote by parents of Mission Hill Junior High School Students regarding a school uniform policy. Despite staff and student support, votes in favor of school uniforms failed to meet the 64% margin set in advance by Principal Janet Fogel.
