The structure of work at the library is not satisfactory, and is making it difficult for workers to trust their supervisors, especially if they are constantly getting injured at work. Simply paying for a chiropractor is not enough to fix the issue; there needs to be more improvements to the workplace and to the order of operations as a whole to prevent further injuries from occurring.
