1942 Arano's daughter, Amelia sold it to Fred and Babe Toney and they moved it to its current site. In the 1970's it was leased to a series of people who restored and lovingly preserved the stately old building. In 1989 the Toney's daughters sold it to Bayview Partners, who operated it as a bed-and-breakfast and restaurant.
