1878 "Anchor House" built by Joseph (Jose) Arano.
1942 Arano's daughter, Amelia sold it to Fred and Babe Toney and they moved it to its current site. In the 1970's it was leased to a series of people who restored and lovingly preserved the stately old building. In 1989 the Toney's daughters sold it to Bayview Partners, who operated it as a bed-and-breakfast and restaurant.
