This article describes two developers proposing Santa Claus theme parks in Scotts Valley. Local property owner R. H. (Boots) Beel stated plans to build a “Santa’s Wonderland” in his 107 acres of land in Glen Canyon. While southern California’s Glenn Holland is descried as looking for a site to establish a Santa’s Village in Scotts Valley similar to the theme park of the same name he developed in Lake Arrowhead, California.
