Library chief proposes space solution for Aptos branch
- Turner proposes turning the community meeting room into more shelving space. This is argued against since the meeting room is used virtually every day -- this would be cutting them off from the community
- Turner plans to purchase moveable shelves that can be placed in the back of the room when meetings are held.
- Parking is an issue because of carpools and parents picking up their kids from school.
- Costs too much to add parking spaces to their owned lots.
- Will instead put out signs warning people that those spots are designated for library patrons only
